Position Summary

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors at the corporate office. This position provides professional and courteous reception services, including greeting visitors, answering phones, coordinating packages, and providing general administrative support.

Essential Job Functions

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls.
• Receive, track, and distribute packages.
• Provide administrative support to executives and staff.
• Assist with mailing packages, ordering supplies, and mass mailings.
• Prepare reports and complete other tasks as assigned.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Assist with projects that improve operational efficiency.

Education & Experience

• Prior office or administrative experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Position Details

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a one-hour unpaid lunch
Location: On-site
