Administrative Coordinator 

Department: Retail & Business Services
Location: Poughkeepsie, NY

Position Summary:
Rhinebeck Bank is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This individual will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Chief Operating Officer and the Retail Banking Department. The role is critical to ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day activities and advancing operational efficiency within the Bank.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare agendas and materials for departmental meetings

  • Create and manage monthly performance and operational reports

  • Develop PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings

  • Track and manage departmental referrals

  • Provide front-desk reception support as needed

  • Audit and analyze sales performance; generate detailed sales reports

  • Generate CRM reports to monitor key performance indicators

  • Provide responsive, high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders

  • Participate in projects aimed at enhancing operational workflows

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree (A.S.) required

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in executive or administrative support roles

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong understanding of Retail Banking products, services, and industry trends

  • Familiarity with the Bank’s subsidiaries and their offerings

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
