The Collector position has responsibility for initiating, pursuing and ensuring the prompt collection of delinquent loan accounts. This includes contacting customers regarding delinquent loan payments by telephone and by written correspondence, processing delinquent loan payments, and by entering collection activities on the Bank’s computer system for tracking purposes. This position requires a high volume of phone activity and an awareness of Secondary Market guidelines. The individual must have strong customer service skills and be able to handle potentially difficult customers in a professional manner as well as perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent and two years of banking experience

Salary Range: 22.00 - 24.00 per hour
